Compliance with Server Rules All players must follow SpiritMC’s global rules and any gamemode-specific rules. Violations may result in warnings, mutes, temporary bans, permanent bans, wipes, or other actions as deemed necessary by staff.
Staff Authority and Enforcement SpiritMC staff reserve full authority to enforce rules and maintain order. Staff decisions are final. Punishment evasion, staff impersonation, or interference with moderation is strictly prohibited.
Service Availability and Stability SpiritMC services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access and are not responsible for downtime, lag, crashes, resets, or maintenance-related interruptions.
Data Loss and Gameplay Responsibility SpiritMC is not responsible for the loss of in-game items, currency, progress, or accounts caused by bugs, exploits, crashes, rollbacks, or player actions. Players are responsible for securing their own accounts.
Purchases and Payments All purchases made through the SpiritMC store are voluntary and support server development. Digital items, ranks, cosmetics, and perks are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
Payment Abuse and Chargebacks Abuse of payment systems, fraudulent transactions, or chargebacks may result in permanent suspension from all SpiritMC services without warning.
Bug Abuse and Exploitation Exploiting bugs, glitches, or unintended mechanics for personal gain is prohibited. Any discovered issues must be reported to staff immediately.
Changes to Services SpiritMC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any gamemode, feature, service, or account at any time for updates, maintenance, security, or administrative reasons.
